My wife and I got our Colorado Reverse Mortgage in the summer of 2010. We did it because she was going on Medicare and we did not know what the coverage would be for her many, many, expensive medical problems. We just put the proceeds in the bank "just in case". The peace of mind that the funds gave her was priceless.

I consider Colorado Reverse Mortgages to be the best financing opportunity for Colorado seniors with equity in their homes. I highly recommend them to any one who needs cash for important items like paying medical bills, helping out other family members, furthering education, and so much more.
